About the Author

Sharyn McCaskey has worked for an international credit company in NSW as a Debt Specialist, and also ran her own Debt Collection Agency. She has also been the Managing Director of a very successful Event Management Business. She is an expert in all matters relating to the debt industry. Using her manuals and knowledge she has trained Police, Bailiffs, Debt Collectors and hundreds of micro, small and large businesses in the field of Debt Collection.

Sharyn has been facilitating to business people and employees either through her own business MDVS Business Services and Promotions, or has on many occasions through regional and local Small Business Development Corporation Centres or Business Associations. Sharyn has also been the trainer in hundreds of seminars including, Marketing, Customer Service, Phone Sales, Networking and Goal Setting/Time Management.

Sharyn lives in Perth WA, and has been married for 25 years and has one child. She has sat on many business and local committees throughout her adult life and has been nominated for and won a number of regional and local business and community awards.
