About the Author

Kathie M. Thomas married Graham in 1991, combining their family of 5 wonderful daughters. The family relocated to Melbourne shortly after their marriage where the girls have grown up.

Kathie founded the Virtual Assistant industry in Australia in 1996 two years after she started her business to be at home with their girls. She had always wanted to work at home and be there for their daughters and when the Internet entered the business scene it totally changed the direction of her business. Before she knew it she became mentor and motivator for women around the world who wanted to work at home.

Today she manages a Virtual Assistant Network which spans many countries as well as coaching and mentoring and is also a speaker and author.

Kathie discovered a love for writing as a small child in school which has taken many forms: poetry, songs, articles, stories, and 'how-to' business books.
